- Remove the side cushion. Refer to
→ Chapter "Side Cushion, Removing and Installing".

- Versions with a selector lever: move the selector lever into
"D/S".
- Turn off the ignition.
- Lift the selector lever/shift lever boot by hand or
carefully pry it out on the side with the Trim Re
